How do I book an appointment?
Pick a slot with John Doe above, tell us who the consultation is for, and pay online. Your slot is held while you pay and confirmed the moment the payment goes through. You and the patient receive the booking on your phones.
Is it a video call or a clinic visit?
Each slot says which it is. For a clinic visit, go to the address shown with your token. For a video consultation, open My bookings a few minutes before your time and join from there — no app to install.
Can I book for my parents or children?
Yes. Choose a family member when you book, or add one on the spot. The doctor opens their health record, not yours, and the booking is sent to you and to them if their number is saved.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can reschedule to another open slot or cancel from My bookings. What is refunded depends on how early you cancel — the doctor's cancellation policy on this page shows exactly how much.
How does a follow-up work?
If the doctor offers a follow-up rate, visiting again within the follow-up period costs that rate — sometimes nothing. It is applied automatically when you book as the same patient.
Where do I find my prescription and reports?
After the consultation, the prescription and any tests the doctor ordered appear in My Health, along with the visit summary.
